I’ve been plowing snow since I was 13 years old for my old man, started off plowing shopping centres with drag behind box scrapers. Started my own business in 2019 as a millwright by trade, doing industrial maintenance, service, repair and haulage. I stuck to my roots and have subbed a large university and government research building from my dad since then, as well as assisting in managing his operations on a much larger scale, three shopping centres, and roughly 50 in town properties. HOAs/townhouse complexes. I’m currently pioneering our liquids program and testing on my sites, experimenting, and researching the best way to move forward and sell it to our clientele. My old man (broadleaf landscaping & snow removal) was one of the first large scale contractors in the Hamilton area in the early 90s. I’ve been working on the modernization of the fleet and technical side of things the last few years, and we’re currently working through a buyout that allows my takeover of his business. With that I plan to 10x where we’re at now and only move forward and up. Would love to come on and talk snow business with you guys, love the show.
